We primarily utilize Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipping services to cater to our business customers. LTL shipping allows multiple shipments from different customers to be consolidated into a single truck, optimizing cost-effectiveness and efficiency. For smaller shipments, we may employ carriers like UPS or FedEx. The selection of the carrier depends on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Expedited shipping options are available upon request for an additional fee.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery times range from 1-3 business days within the continental U.S. International shipments and deliveries to remote locations may take longer. Please note that unforeseen delays due to weather, carrier issues, or customs processing are beyond our control.

Bill of Lading (BOL)

A Bill of Lading (BOL) is a legally binding document required for all LTL shipments. It serves as a receipt for the goods being shipped and outlines the terms and conditions of the transportation agreement. The BOL includes essential information such as the shipper's and consignee's details, a description of the goods, weight, and freight class. Accurate and complete information on the BOL ensures proper handling and billing of your shipment.

Tracking Your Order

For shipments sent via UPS or FedEx, we provide tracking numbers to monitor your package's progress. For LTL shipments, tracking information may not always be available. If you require updates on your LTL shipment, please contact our support team for assistance.

Freight Shipments

For larger orders requiring freight shipping, we will coordinate the best method to deliver your order safely. Freight deliveries are typically curbside, meaning you may need equipment or personnel to unload the shipment upon arrival. If you require special accommodations, such as liftgate service, please let us know in advance.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take every precaution to pack and secure our products; however, if your shipment arrives damaged or is lost, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect the Shipment Upon Arrival: Before signing the delivery receipt, thoroughly inspect the shipment for any visible damage or shortages.

  2. Document Any Issues: If damage or loss is apparent, clearly note the specifics on the delivery receipt or proof of delivery (POD) form. This documentation is crucial for supporting your claim.

  3. Retain All Packaging Materials: Keep the original packaging and damaged goods as they may be required for inspection during the claims process.

  4. Notify Us Promptly: Contact our customer service team within 24 hours to report the issue. Timely notification allows us to initiate the claims process effectively.

  5. Provide Supporting Documentation: We may request photos of the damage, copies of the BOL, delivery receipt, and any other relevant documents to process your claim efficiently.

Please note that failure to document damages upon delivery may result in the denial of your claim.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select locations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Shipping times for international orders vary based on destination and customs clearance processes.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be feasible. In such cases, our standard return policy will apply.
